Having some problems

We have been using CC for a week now and DD is great... at night. But during the day she will only sleep for half an hour. We then use CC for 20mins as recommended but she never goes back down. Should I persist with CC after she wakes or accept she will only sleep for half an hour?
Prior to starting CC she would sleep for 1 1/2 to 2hrs.

How old is she Juna? She might just need awhile to get used to things and then go back to sleeping longer. :fingerscrossed: Hopefully anyway!

My DD was never very good at the resettling even when she would settle ok but she sleeps well now (just can't remember how we got to that point - it was awhile ago now!). I think I just got her up and after a week or two she slept longer of her own accord. I'm sure alot depends on the child though - not much help sorry! :)

Your DD might just be a light day sleeper.
How long does she sleep at night? She may be getting enough sleep at night and doesn't need as much in the day now.

Hello Nan. I hadn't thought of that. Since starting CC she now sleeps all night whereas she used to wake up atleast of 3 times. Thankyou.:)

I'm not sure.. but maybe she;s just not tired then. have you tried putting her down later in the day or taking her out to the park to really 'wear her out' before putting her down for a sleep?

But yeah.. mybe she just doesn't need as much sleep during the day. DS1 is like that, he can quite happily stay awake all day and be in a good mood.
