AF coming midcycle?

AF has always been extremely regular for me, down to the exact 28 day but today I got it when Im exactly midcycle. Does anyone know why it could have happened? It is also very light, I think im just stressing too much over it but anything anyone can say would be appreciated!

Sometimes you can get some spotting with ovulation, maybe that is it.

indeed it may hun:yes: are you on the pill or anything? cos I got breakthrough bleeding and founf out the one i was on was not strong enough.

Im not on any medication at all and I havent been stressed either. Also I have been eating the same foods as usual and doing the same amount of exercise! I am clueless!

hmmm that is odd was ur last AF normal? not short or light or anything??

It was completely normal, normal length and heaviness

If you are on the pill and forgot to take one on a certain day or took it later than normal it could cause spotting or light bleeding.

Either way if it gets really bad see your GP if not just wait and see if your Af shows up in a fortnight

Im pretty sure im not pregnant but its really making me think, I had the morning after pill about a year ago and it was the same kind of bleeding :confused: and that bleeding I got mid cycle

Nup not it was only a once off thing and I havent since, it was about a year and a half ago actually.

if it's exactly midcycle it wouldn't be pregnancy related, you wouldn't even BE pregnant yet..

When I was TTC I had a small amount of spotting smack bang midcycle - it was ovulation bleeding. Rare and doesn't happen each and every cycle.
