Ingredients:
1 teaspoon oil
½ onion, peeled and diced
500 g minced beef
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 x 420 g can tomato soup
½ cup water
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups raw spiral pasta
1 cup grated cheese
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the onion until soft.
Add the mince and cook until brown.
Stir in the carrot, mushrooms, soup, water and oregano.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta, then drain.
Place pasta in a 6-cup casserole dish.
Spoon over meat mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place in a moderate oven to cook for 15 minutes.
