Yes I use them and I love them...especially for a new born as they hold all the poo in.

I use the new style with the seperate pouch bit and use microfibre cloth inside with a flushable eenee liner.

I found from about 3 momnths when bub was sleeping through they were not so good fot night so I use bbh's at night but luuurve my eenees for day. They dry quickly too.

You can use whatever kind of cloth you want inside....any pre fold can be placed in the pouch.
