Sorry jo, I'm not from that area, I'm from the latrobe valley.
We moved here about 5 mnths ago from canberra, when we were searching for a place to buy we went through cobram and barooga and travelled up to finley, swan hill and almost bought a house in the area. It's a nice area, so I almost lived near there. good luck finding anyway up that way.
