New Years Eve Party - costume ideas needed!

A friend of mine is going to a :smiliedance: New Years Eve party:smiliedance: and the theme is "Uniform".

I've thought about the usual doctor, fireman etc suggestions... does anyone else have anything more creative than that? :detective:

It's fummy I can think of general ideas for this theme, but can't think of what to do for the party I'm going to. It's a cruise boat theme :eek: So I've just brought some flower leies (think that's how it's spelt?), those flowery necklaces, and going to wear a tie died flowy skirt, tank top and sandals. Will have to find me a light up cocktail glass! If anyone one has anything a little more inventive, I'm open to suggestions!:yes:
