Amilyah I would pronouce a-MIL-ya, with no EE at all (MIL rhyming with "will").

Depends whether you want an EE sounds with that second syllable or not. If you do, I don't think Amilyah is the spelling that you want.

1st one for me... the 2nd to me sounds like a lazy speaker who can't bothered pronouncing it correctly IMO. If you want it pronounced the 2nd way you may have to spell it differently IYKWIM ?
