Hey there fellow bubhubbers.
I wanted to share a bit of It Came Upon the Midnight Clear with you all, and some thoughts -
But with the woes of sin and strife
The world has suffered long
beneath the angel strain have rolled
two thousand years of wrong.
And man at war with man hears not
the love song which they bring.
O hush the noise, ye men of strife
And hear the angels sing.
I wish you all peace this Christmas. Peace in your homes, peace in your hearts, peace in the world. Whether Christmas day means Church, family lunches, a trip to the beach, masses of brightly wrapped gifts or just another day off work, I hope the day brings much happiness to all you of.
For those of you who are feeling sad this Christmas or who have recently experienced a loss, my thoughts are with you that you find some solace at this special time of year.
I also hope for a year in 2007 where there is less conflict and hatred in the world. I hope that people will hush their noise, and hear the angels sing and remember that regardless of our differences, we are all people with hopes, fears and people we love.
Fondest wishes to all bubhubbers, the young mums, the OCSC's, the members with 5 posts and the members with 8000 posts, the members who are shy and those who everyone knows. I look forward to sharing more laughter and tears with you all in 2007.
