We measured Eliza this morning she is 80cms, we did it because someone said jokingly to me yesterday  she's half your size Nat....I am 164cms so they were in fact correct lol

Is this normal at just coming up 8.5 months? If she keeps growing like this she will be bigger than me by the time she is 2:laughing:

Oh I get it, so if its written on a piece of paper it's your actual height?

Oh right, so sorry, I thought that if you were that actual height then it was right.

My mistake...

wow!! Go Eliza!! Coop is 'only' 77cm at nine months... she really is going to be tall... hmmm maybe, my uncle was extremely long when a baby and was the tallest in his classes, but then just stopped one day!! He was about 5'3" if memory serves correct!!

So you have 16-22 years (or whatever) to wait till you find out for sure!!

Sounds like your little girl is going to be lucky and tall.

My dd is 20mths old and is only 79cm tall. No tall genes for her.

Boof was around 76cms at 6mths.
Not sure of his height now but i would say he is around 90cms because last measure was at 18mths & he was 88cms tall & he has grown again.
He is in size 2's & im starting to buy 3's .... Honestly im tired of trying to keep up with his clothes everyone has told me he will stop by 6mths then it was 12mths meh he is going to be a giant !

Garrett at his 6 month checkup (exatcly 6 months) was 74cm - 10.64kg and 47cm HC....

ETA - He is one hand length shorter than being as tall as my hip height - and his feet are half the size of mine....

Im 165cm and size 7 feet.

We measured Asher the other night ... 4 months old and 70cms.

70.

I'm 152cm ...

At this rate, I'm going to have to ask him to bend down so I can tell him off.

There's that 'tried and true' way of determining your child's height at adulthood...some people swear by it.
The child's age at 2 (for girls) and 2.5 (for boys) multiplied by 2.
Lukey's 2.5 in 2 days and his height is 103.5cms (with a size 12 foot)...so if this method is correct he'll be 207cm or 6ft 8.

I was just at a cafe with the boys and the waitress remarked, "So there's about 15mths difference between your two boys?"
There's 2 years and 9 months!

Oh MD thats hilarious !!!!!!

Im hoping the next isnt another monster because as it is i reckon its a boy so to have two big boys ready to gang up on mummy with big daddy i have no hope.

DP thinks it hilarious to hide things on me by putting them at the top of the pantry cause i cant see let alone reach it & even with a chair i have trouble

Oh dear i have no hope ........
