really odd

i have an area on my back...on top on my shoulder blades...its numb...and occasionally it stings...but mostly numb...ive had it for 3 weeks now.....i have no idea what it might be...has anyone had this......should i get it checked out:confused:

oh could it be like a skin cancer...i dont have a mole...im so paranoid
