Hi Everyone!

I need to buy a playpen for my 6.5 mth son who is rolling all over the place  Can anyone tell me if plastic or wooden is better? We have quite a large lounge-dining area (where it will be going) so size isn't an issue. Are any brands of playpens better than the other or are they pretty much the same? Any help would be muchly appreciated!

I also wanted to make mention that I recently bought a Valco Baby 3 wheeler & it is fantastic, although i wish it was weightless as we live on the second floor  @ stairs!!

Also we recently bought the peg perego prima papa highchair it is GREAT also. I would recommend either of these products without hesitation.

Thanks again :)

Hi. Not too long ago we purchased a hexagonal wooden playpen and have found it fantastic. It is nearly 2metres so is nice and big and gives him plenty of room to move around. We got ours from Babyco for $120. The best thing is to ring around a few places once you have found what you want and places like Babyco will often undercut those prices. That is what we did because Babyco was the closet shop to us.

That is a link to the same one we got. It is 1.8m x 2m.

Hope this helps.
