in need of adult conversation

Since having kids, i haven't been able to have adult conversations much, and i never really see many young mums out there.

I would really like to chat to anyone about anything.

Most days the only people i talk to are my two kids, and they only talk baby language. I feel like i've lost touch with the world, coz most of the time i stay home with the kids and my husband works full time, (sometimes more).

Ha ha! Me too!! If I have to watch the Wiggles or Hi-5 one more time I'm going to lose my mind. And there's only so many time you can read "my train" before you feel like cracking up. :laughing: Adult conversation is important... I find myself reading whenever I get the chance.

I totally understand how you feel. My DH works at 12hours a day so when he comes home he is so tired, we dont get to go out or even have a chance to chat. As I'm already asleep(tired from chasing my toddler all day). This bubhub site has been my only source of adult conversation, please feel free to PM anytime

I also know exactly how u feel! I spend the day talking to a 22month old then watching the Wiggles for hours on end. My DF works looonnnnngggg hours n lately has been popping out for a beer after work so most of this time when he gets home Im asleep or hes so tired he goes to sleep.

Im so glad I have bubhub.....its sometimes my means of adult convo for the day!
