3 year old presents

What can i get my 3 year old neice for her birthday its on the 19th of december so i cant really afford much maybe $20 or so but i have no idea what 3 year old girls play with....

For Christmas, my just turned 3 year old DD is getting
- books
- a barbie doll (on sale under $5!!)
- a musical jewellery box with twirling (under $20 if you look around)
- animal figures to play with
- a doodle pro type thing

In the same price range, she already has and loves play cooking & shopping stuff (Kmart sells a package of toy food and frying pan for around $20), ballerina skirt, DVDs, squirting bath toys, dump trucks and loaders for the sand box, toy jewellery like necklaces

Isabelle has a tea set from Fisher-Price, and she just loves it. She has had it for a couple of years now and it would have to be one of her favourite toys. She is always having tea party's with her dolls. You can get them on sale for about $20 to $25.

Or you get your niece a doll's pram, another one of Isabelle's favourites. You can pick one up from Big W for $10 to $20.
