TTC 18 months unexplained infertility

HI I was wondering if anyone here has "unexplained infertility"?
We have been TTC baby # 2 for 18 months and have had all the test through the FS and he has told us there is no medical reason why we cannot fall preg.

I'm currently up to cycle #19 and in the 2ww I'm about 5DPO ATM.

My cycles have been all over the place with getting a +OPK at cd 27 last cycle then AF rocking up the next day, plus getting lines on OPK since day 8 this cycle and + on day 11, where I normally O around day 14-16.

I've taken a test last night thinking that maybe I did O last last cycle but my eyes where playing tricks and I thought I saw a line but I dont think there is.:no:

Anyhow I'm really hoping we get a :bfp: for xmas.

Hi Lisa, Im not in your situation. But I worry that after all the tests, I might be. Such a "non" diagnosis.. It must be so :banghead: .

DH & I tried for 26 months (actually actively trying to conceive), had tests etc done & no problem was ever found. I know how you are feeling right now. In a way it's good to know there is no known medical reason for not being able to fall PG, you could find your BFP at any time, but on the other hand, it is very difficult to deal with something when you don't know what you're up against & have no way of doing anything about it.

My cycles were irregular too. Although I had countless tests done and my hormone levels were all fine - well within normal ranges.

I know how tough it is, but let me assure you that one day, when you hold your newborn in your arms, all the time & heartache it took to get to that point will be forgotten!

I hope the fact that we eventually managed to fall PG naturally, and also that we managed it again fairly quickly second time round is a ray of hope for you! :hugs:
