Q? about posting mail Overseas (ASAP)

I really need to know this asap. When they say in the posting mail information Members unit is that like the 6RAR thing or something else??? If it is something else can you please give me an example, as I have all these different numbers and things, Im totally confused.

PM me with the details you have & I can help you. Usually you need PM Keys number, rank & surname. APFO number, Australian Defence Forces NSW 2890. I also add the group he is attached to & his unit back here. Sorry, thats confusing - PM me & I'll try to help you.

I already sent it, I rang the number on the booklet and they helped me. Thanks anyways though. All the numbers, and things make it so confusing.
