Chilli con carne! but with chicken not mince

DH wanted something different with chicken for his happybirthday dinner so i thought why not do chilli con carne but with the chicken instead of Mince! .......YUMMO!!!!

Just do the same as you would with the mince...but instead add the chicken!:)

do you have the recipe for both versions? i dont know how to make chilli con carne sounds nice!

Yummy! i have done this with Spag. bol before. just used diced chicken pieces instead of mince.
Will certainly try it with Chilli too, sounds like something my dh would like:thumbsup:
