Just a question about Temping

I am not really good at the whole temping thing so but I thought I would give it a go this month, just keep track....write it down each morning.....

Well my temp had been either 36.5 or 36.4 since the 2 Dec.....But when I did it this morning it was 37.5.....

I am at CD11 so I am not sure what this means ( I am not unwell in anyway) So I was wondering if someone may shed some light on this for me....

Would having a disturbed sleep maybe be why I had a high temp this morning.....As I did get up twice during the night.....:confused:

it might be nothing, sometimes temps shoot up and drop down. some peoples charts are quite stable while others dart around everywhere!

Are you using www.Fertilityfriend.com ?

There is a Chart Gallery which you can search through for customised situations also that might give you an idea of what other peoples charts look like. But remember everyone is different. My chart link is below but im probably not the best for you to look at because I have PCOS and am on fertility treatment to Ovulate.


Distrubed sleep does not affect my temps and I will often wake up around an hour before my alarm goes off in the morning and go back to sleep with no problems with my temp taking when my alarm does eventually go off. I just ensure I dont get up or even talk!
If you got up as long as you had about 2-3 hours decent sleep before you took your temp it should be ok.

I have thought about doing the FF but since I am not really into the temping thing I thought I would just do it every morning and write it down to keep track of it and if I don't get pregs this month (:fingerscrossed: I do) then I was thinking about doing the FF as least I would know when I O'd...I tried those OPK but somehow it didn't show up or I read it wrong....

But if the temp rise means I am O then I must O earlier than CD14 like I thought I did....I am CD12 now
Who would of thought it was so hard to have a baby...I know I have three already but the whole process of having one is so hard....

Good luck with your TTC....My friend has PCOS so I kinda understand what you are going through as I am going through it with her....
