Mums & Bubs Yoga Northern Beaches?

Hi All,

I'm trying to find a yoga / pilates or similar class on the Nothern Beaches of Sydney for Mums & Bubs....

i'm not having much luck...can anyone recomend?

Hi there Jo, I run Mummy and Me Yoga classes in Belrose - during school terms - Mondays at 1130-1230 for mums and bubs. Small classes that focus on postnatal yoga including engaging core, strength and toning, breathwork and also time to relax body and mind. Time to bond with little one during class with stretching, massage and cuddles!
