Anyone tried Contours Gym for Women?

Just wondering if anyone goes to the Women only Contours Gym.

What results are you achieving and do you enjoy it. I understand you only need to go 3 times per week for 29 minutes.

Can you also give me an idea of the cost?

I'm pretty sure the contours business model is based in the Curves one - and, while I've never gone to Contours, I do go to Curves quite regualarly.

Curves costs $50 per month, and its quite good, although I get sick of watching other women jiggle :p :laughing:

I started curves 3 weeks ago and i like it i have been to heaps of gyms in my time (mix sexes and ladys only)and i really find this one different it is relaxed fun and only 30min and it works i can feel a difference already..
Go and have a look they will let you have a good and then see if you like it i didn't join untill i had a good on all the stuff and then i came home and thought about it and went the next day and joined...

I've actually got a free 5 day pass for Contours. I made an appointment for tonight so I'll see how I go. I've also got a Curves just down the road from me so guess I can try that too.
