Mine is a bit different,
3 cups crushed weetbix
3 tbs cocoa
1 tin condensed milk
1 cup coconut (plus extra to roll in)
As much or as little rum as you wish (use the real stuff cause rum essence makes them taste not as good)
Mix it all together, roll in balls then roll in coconut. Refrigerate CAN BE FROZEN!!!
These are THE best!!!:yelclap:

I make them all the time
Here is the recipe.
*Note: You can make them with or without rum. Substitute the vanilla essence for rum.
1 cup of coconut (i like to use shreded)
1 packet of Marie biscuts
1 tin condensed milk
3 tbs drinking chocolate or cocoa
2tbs rum or vanilla essence
Few extra tbs of coconut in a bowl.
Method:
Crush bickies or process bickies until fine (i put mine in a plastic bag and crush with a glass)
Put into a bowl. Add the coconut, cocoa or chocolate, vanilla essence or rum and condensed milk.
Combine and taste. If you dont think there is enough chocolate, rum or vanilla, add a touch more.
Using a spoon, take out some mixture and rub into a small ball with clean hands.
Dip ball into spare coconut and roll around.
Place on a tray and keep refridgerated.
Very very yummy..so enjoy!:chef:
Hey, that's the same as the recipe i have - totally yummo. I also sometimes put some contreau (sp?) instead of the rum - gives them a jaffa flavour!
