hello there i just started to go to a play group and a boy of the age of 4 and mum lets him get away with every thing had flung books every where.the mum of the boy was not looking at him as i was right there i said to him to pick it up about 3 times then his mum said WHAT ARE YOU DOING? i said i asked him to pick up some book he had flung every where (me:o ) she said to me he will get them when he is ready to (haha) now i don't know what to do she ****ed me off and i'm :o to go back there all the mum's where talk to her at the time and all looked over when she said it.

If it was me I would be finding another playgroup.

Her and her friends don't sound very welcoming.

I hate to say it...but most mums will get p'd off if you try to tell their kid what to do, whether they did something wrong or not, its really not your place. I would still go back and see what its like, after all she is not the only mum there? Im sure (?) they wont hold it against you...who knows perhaps the other mums were thinking the same thing....lol
