Hi all,

We are expecting our 2nd daughter in February and are having some troubles choosing a middle name to suit.

The only first name that we can agree on at this stage is Brooke. We have a surname ending in y so need to take this into account (things like Hayley etc do not really go).

Does anyone have any suggestions for a middle name that suits Brooke.

Many thanks for your help/

Take care. :)

Do you have a shortlist of names that you think are okay?

I like the name Maybelle.

Yes, a shortlist may help.

My cousin is Brooke Hailey - but that might not go with your last name?

Brooke Marie sounds nice too...

This is only a joke - but on behalf of all the girls on the Bold and Beautiful Thread how about Brooke Logan Forrester!

The only middlename that we have come up with so far is Olivia (Brooke Olivia).

My 1st daughters middle name was easy as she got the same as me & my Mum (Ella Louise) so I am definately making it a bit hard this time.

A couple of other names that we both agree on is:

Chloe
Alana

We have not made a definate decision on Brooke and probably won't until she is born but would love to hear your suggestions in the meantime.

Thanks.

If you don't think it's too out there ... what about your maiden name - I did it for my daughter?

Along the lines of Supermum's suggestion, are there any women's names on your partner's side of the family that you like? Since your first daughter got a handed down middle name it would be nice for your 2nd daughter to have one with some meaning too.

I'm partial to Elizabeth and Catherine.
