Progesterone test

Does anyone know about the CD21 progesterone test?

I think O is going to be late this month (like not day 14) and from what I have heard this BT has to be done a certain number of days past O.

So if my O is on day 16 or so do I still do the BT on day 21?

Hi ... the progesterone test needs to be done at 7 dpo. The first time I had one done I went on cd 21 - but had ovulated late.... so the test was not accurate.

I usually go 7 days from when I get a +OPK or temp rise.

I had some progesterone testing one cycle as I have PCOS. They did a number of blood tests after day 14 to determine when I ovulated. The 24 day one came, back as postitive for ovulation. I had O'ed on day 22, cofirmed by OPK also. I conceived DS2 this cycle so it helped.
