Should my DH be....

Just wanted to know should my DH be taking any viatmins to help increase our chances for a:bfp:
hoping :xmas: will bring us a belated xmas present :bfp: in January

Zinc is a popular one to give the DH/DP. it increases Sperm Volume and Mobility and decreases abnormal sperm! GO ZINC I say!!

Zinc helped us!!! It's not expensive, you can get it in the supermarket, and I't just one or two tabs a day!

Our FS gave us the following list of supplement to take to help the swimmers get to the egg :thumbsup:

Zinc
Good Multi Vitamin
Vit E 500iu
Vit C 500-1000mg
L Carnitine

E, C and Zinc are especially important. Plus L Arginine is good if the count is low.

Hi there we have had ivf treatment and had our darling son on our first attempt. My dp was taking Zinc tablets, Drinking aloe vera juice and eating pumpkin seeds and that worked for us . Good luck

Yep, I agree with the Zinc! We were ttc for 11 months, DH started on the zinc in month 9. Good luck!!
