TTC #2 positive???

Hi everyone,

I'm on an IVF cycle and have been doing HPT's before my blood test tomorrow. They have been getting darker and darker, but I did have a drug that would have given me a false reading for 5 days last Friday. I want to put faith in these tests but just feel scared about another negative. Has anyone had a false positive?????

Hi there,

I would say it is looking very promising for you. I too had HCG in my successful IVF cycle, and like you, I tested early and got increasingly darker lines on HPT's. I had quite a few IVF rounds before I had success and I never had any false BFP's.
