I'm interested in what other people are eating at the moment. Especially people with morning sickness.
I'm finding milk arrowroot biscuits are going down a treat. Am a bit concerned that the bubs isn't getting enough nutrients as I'm not able to keep a lot down.

i was eating milk arrowroot and ginger nut biccies wen i was feeling sick but now i dont feel sick anymore i crave chicken nuggets yum yum

When my morning sickness was really bad I ate vegimite toast...apparently the vegimites got lots of good stuff in it....for awhile i was eating it for brekkie and lunch.

Just make sure u try to eat some fruit and vegies and a bit of protein (even if u eat nuts...my gym trainer said they're good for ya).

Yes vegemite works a treat!
thankfully i'm also craving apples and non-ripened nectarines. find it difficult to eat soft fruits though.
