You can do pretty much anything with Filo pastry.
*Chicken breasts with various toppings, wrapped in filo and baked for 30 mins or so.
*Fish parcels
*Vege parcels
*Quiche
*Pies
If you find a puff pastry recipe you like - you can adapt it to suit filo pastry.
There are some awesome dessert recipes using filo - just do a google search or use the recipe finder on ninemsn

Question???? DO you have to sperate each sheet and brush oil or butter on it...or can you just use like puff pastry??

you do need to brush the sheets with butter or oil - but you dont have to do every sheet.
I lightly butter every third sheet.
You generally use 6 sheets of filo per recipe.. depending on what you are doing with it, so I brush the bottom sheet then the 4th sheet, then lightly brush the outside of the finished product.
