Could it be the Vitex or Implantation Bleeding?

Hi Ladies,

I started taking Vitex on Wednesday last week for the first time. Af showed up on Monday (3 or 4 days early).

Normally af for the first 3 days is really really heavy and painfull. But this time it is sooo light (It's lighter than what I normally get on the 5th day of af) and not painfull at all.

Is Vitex likely to have changed af that dramatically or could this be Implantation bleeding?

I probably can't offer too much advice - but Vitex probably could make your period more regular and possibly lighter etc. as it is supposed to normalise hormones.

Have you still been temping? Cos if your temp hasn't dropped it could be a positive sign.

Hi Livy,

I stopped charting and using the opk's this cycle as I needed to take a break from TTC.

I know Vitex helps with the sore boobs, cramps and bloating. I didn't think it would effect af this dramatically (although I'll be quite happy if it does this every month :D).

That has to be the shortest af ever (well for me anyway) :D. 2 1/2 days instead of 7 does anyone else think that's strange?

That is a bit strange Teyla ..... maybe you should see a Dr just incase. Have you tested again?
