Ive just been looking on ebay re cloth nappies and ive noticed the funkymates..

are they any good ?

I've never used them.. not game enough to i guess seeing as though they aren't very well known and also very cheap looking. I rather splurge out on something that i know works.

yeah thats what I thought :) im not going to bother with them unless people I know like using them!

we bought two and weren't really happy with them. Abby had hers on for less than 15 mins and it leaked everywhere. It needs a cover but i put it on er to test it out so not happy :thumbsdown:

sorry if this sounds condescending, trying to be helpful! ;) but did you prewash it? sometimes nappies take several washes to get all the manufacturing residue out of the fabric and ensure they are absorbent. I find flannelette is a fabric that particularly needs prewashes.

I don't know the brand in question, so can't review it, sorry.

I have a few! It was the first thing i bid on ebay. They aren't very good esp compared to what we use now. I guess we didn't use them enough to review them. They look cute though.
