troblem sleeping when bub is asleep...

my daughter is 7weeks old she is a really good baby, however ive been finding it hard to go back to sleep when she is finshed her feeds....she mostly only go's between 3-4hrs so by the time i get to sleep im ony getting about 1-2hours any ideas on what i could do??? i love my sleep and use to sleep 8 or more hours a nite, i know i can't do that now but am just so tried all the time.... :confused:

I found an oil called "calm" or "sleep" somehting like that from "the perfect potion" shop and it really helped. I think that your brain understands the smell means "go to sleep". It was the kind you dab onto your pulse points.

I don't know if they've outlets in NSW, but they do have a website and you can order online (or mix your own).
