Hopefully this hasnt been done as yet as a thread - but I thought it would be nice to have a post where we can show off the pics of our children with Santa.

Wow, what a difference from last year to this! It always amazes me the magnificence of change they go through in just one year.

I didn't get a Santa pic for Jade last year, not sure if I'll do it this year either. Still out on the whole Santa thing.

Cwsmum & Frazzled - Ethan was hysterical when we first sat him on santas lap but they had this really loud buzzing/ lights toy which they started up and it stunned him and stopped him crying long enough for them to snap !! hence the stunned face !! clever people though :yes:

Thanks, Damona! Santa was even sounding like he was a few years younger too!

Ethan kept pulling at Santa's beard and staring at him with his mouth open in awe so she took control of the situation!

Melbabie - I too had to have a photo with Santa and Tayla 2 years ago (she refused again last year!) with my best friend and her daughter.

Well, this was our second try at getting a decent photo.

DD doesn't like strangers right now so I decided that rather than making her sit on santas lap every time we went near him and possibly ending up with her scared of him still next christmas, we would just get a photo even if she was screaming...and she screamed and wriggled and cried until I took her again then she stopped and started smiling and talking to santa :rolleyes: :laughing:
