Question for other mums of chubby babies...

Savannah is a very chubby 5 month old and zach has never been chubby and bella only when she was older sooo this is kind of an odd question

but wellll... her nipples are inverted? I was wondering if this is a chubby baby thing or just her?! I dont recall the other kids ever doing this so wondering if anyone can help

thanks :)

savs are very inverted, like the total opposite of how they would be if they poked out hehe might have to ask the health nurse about it :)

Nothing to be worried about Charmaine. If they stay like that during childhood, they may come out during puberty. No biggy, alot of ppl have inverted nipples.

they arent flat though they are inverted hehe :D

Thanks for the reassurance Lunar :D Hopefully with time they 'correct' themselves, I just worry that when shes older and has children of her own it might hinder her breastfeeding!

Hi there, I have inverted nips, well, they pop in and out on their own randomly... one day fully inverted, the next they could poke your eye out!!

Funnily enough, DD's are exactly the same! Well, by that i mean some days they are fully inverted, and other days they are just flat.

This wasnt a problem for me Bfing, i got a thing i put over my nipple to draw it out, they gave me one at the hospital, worked fine.
I had to stop Bfing after a short while but not for this reason.

There are also many many products you can now buy that pull the nips out almost permanently. I say almost because you are supposed to use it like 4 hours a day or something for it to work that well, and myself, well i just couldnt be bothered....
