i ordered a trail pack of these nappies on the 7th of november. one hemp and one bamboo one.
i still havent received them.

are they normally this slow with delivery?
bubs is due next week and i though ordering them 4 to 5 weeks in advance would be long enough.

i have contactedthem about it but am yet to hear anything back from them

i was thinking about getting some more if i like them but are they worth the wait?

thanks

Kellie

Davina's usually pretty good with getting deliveries off on time, even if there is a 3 wk wait. If you're worried give them a call rather than emailing. Occasionally I've had to wait a few days for her to get back to emails so if you need a response immediately definetly call her:thumbsup:

Oh, and personally I DEFINETLY think they're worth waiting for:D !! I can't recommend them enough!
However, trial a few different ones to see what you like. Not every bub is the same and not every nappy is going to fit properly. Newborns are hard to make a nappy fit really well so it's really just trial and error. You may find what fits them as newborns doesn't fit well later, and visa versa. I used terry flats until dd2 was 9 mths so I have no experience with BB's in the early stages.

I think there is a 4 week wait and I know my order was slightly delayed as they were waiting on some of the boosters I think it was so I am sure that is what's going on with your order.

Their communication on the phone is fantastic:thumbsup: I always get great answers by phoning - I can't say the same about email though so definately give them a call.

The product is really good too;)

no more waiting! Dee and her husband have managed to get on top of orders and wait time is back to 'normal' - I believe they post as close to payment clearing as possible right now. There was a wait on the new wool wraps, which delayed posting out of packages with them in them, but they were posted last week to customers (I got mine late last week).

So, if you haven't heard anything, it may be that there is another problem with your order. I would deff. call Davina and talk to her about it, she gets dozens and dozens of emails each day, and I'm sure she would be more efficient with the phone!

I picked up my baby beehinds this afternoon! And while I was there :p I got another one because the lady at the store said that she'd give me discount if I bought another one, so I did. Which means in total I saved $11 on my 3 BBs and didn't have to pay postage! SO excited! These are the colours I got:
Hot pink
Purple
Aqua/sea green

But I was just wondering, does the dye run? Or can I wash them with my whites?

*goes off in search of clothes, towels, ANYTHING to make 3 loads of washing*:D

The colours don't run! But mine are starting to fade a little- no biggie- they are in high rotation and bake on the line every day or two.

Congrats on your new fluffies!!

The colour definetly doesnt run, even if washed on hot. There's no way they'd sell if the colour ran.
Try and dry them in a bit of shade if possible, because like pookiesossige said they do tend to fade a bit. I can notice it on my twilight purple because it's such a dark cilour, but it's not as noticeable on the pink.

my pinks faded and I dry them inside on the towel rack or in the dryer 99% of the time... so I think it must be the washing process thats doing it :S
