Hi
I have decided to switch Travis to cloth until he is toilet trained. I know it is maybe to late at 21 months but he is no where nearly ready to be toilet trained. I bought 5 anytimes from Greenkids in Green, Aqua, Yellow, Red and Orange. I also got 5 Green Kids Hemp Insert and Booster Sets and 2 Microfibre Boosters. Have I bought to much or not enough as Travis goes through 3-4 a day and how do I wash them before use. Oh and do they need covers?
Thanks Katie
Greenkids dont need covers! You just have to wash them a few times in hot water (or warm) to increase the absorbancy. The nappy itself only has to be done once though.I would say you have enough to wash everyday...good luck:thumbsup:

It's NEVER too late to change, Katie! Think about how many less nappies that will be going into landfill:yelclap:
As for washing all hemp materials need to be washed at least 3 times before using to increase their absorbancy, and they won't reach their maximum potential til about 10 washes. When you're washing them for the 1st 3 times there's no need to dry in between, just chuck them in again for another cycle. Wash with 1/2 the amount of detergent needed (that's goes for every time you wash your nappies) and on warm water.
After that you can just wash with cold water if you want. Make sure you sun dry as it's a great sanitiser and helps remove any stains.
Hi Kayteigh
 :yelclap: for making the switch and I agree with Gremily - it's never too late to make the switch! Good for you!
