just got back from swimming lessons with josh.
Do you go?
I just love it he has a ball and usually has a long sleep after (i hope!)
We are from Traralgon in country victoria.
Doesnt the time fly is your little one crawling? josh is trying but i think i can wait for that stage!

Hi
Swimming lesson can be started from six months as long as they have had their immunisations.
Warning though you would be suprised how many people have commented on how stupid it is and how it could affect his ears!
However there are eight mums and bubs in my class and all of the babies have a ball.
It is mainly about being confident in the water and the aim is that by eighteen months they can swim to the edge to save themselves.
A friend of mine who has two kids put me onto it and her daughter is 2 1/2 and she doesnt even have to get in with her for her lessons.
Anyways give it a try and see what you think!

tyler is only 7weeks old... but i want to start her whenever she is old enuff she is a water baby loves the water... i think she would love it

Im sure tyler would love it most babies do its a good idea to make sure she plays in the bath a lot so when she starts its not to much for her.

Thanks for all the replies i think im hooked on this already!
You must be so excited Nataylia 40 weeks is a long time hey. I just loved the name Joshua but my hubby wasnt to keen.
We new we were having a boy but we still hadn't agreed on a name the day i had him, wasnt untill i was being wheeled down to have an em c-sec that he told me i could call him whatever i liked !
So i thought i would be nice and have Thomas as as his middle name after his father.
Anyways chat to you all again soon

I am only 18 weeks at the moment *giggle*

Well im glad there are other people who couldnt resist it.
Just warning you though so many people were critical of us for finding out!
I think it was the right choice for us as i ended up having to have a general when i had my c-sec so i wasn't awake for the birth. Apparently when i was coming too i kept asking how my boy was lucky they got it right!

Yeah lots of people have said "oh no don't find out" and I say well tis our baby and we want to that's it.....

And then we have the "well if you find out don't tell me I want a surprise" lol

Too darn bad if people think it's a bad idea lol Just like names my mum said oh well I can't really give an opnion on them nothing to do with me... Which means I hate those names lol
