Has Anyone Else Had Hip Pain Etc

Has anyone else had hip pain and lower back pain?

My sides near my hips feel sort of bruised and im a bit achey.its not unbearable or too painful im just wondering if its normal?

I'm from April threads, and yes its very normal. Its all of your ligaments stretching.

If you are concerned, mention it next time to your ob.

Use a heat pack they are great.

I wasnt feeling too concerned,i assumed thats what it was.
Its not unbearable and im not bleeding or anything so i know it cant be anything too serious.
Im just a nervous first time mummy hehe
