View Full Version : Introducing myself (from Adelaide)
Uhh.. I have written in bubhub before but was very overwhelmed by it as it seemed fast paced and I get confused easy!!
I hope to make great friends from here. I am not sure how to add my daughters pic up or do signatures or anything so I may be a little annoying by learning from you guys eg, questions!! HEHE I am on huggies forum and thought I would come back and try this one again.
My name is Amber and hubbys is Nick. I have a daughter named Tayah Jaine who is 13 months old. Such a cutie but getting a real temper on her!! I am also 19 week pregnant. We're not finding out the sex of the baby this time. I'm a SAHM who studied this year but I decided to take next year off for the kiddies!
Well I hope to hear from you guys soon and I hope that I can join in and make some great friends
I have written this in another part too! (Like I said, very confused!!)
Talk soon
us adelaide girls are a great bunch of chicks :D
Thankyou, can't wait to get to know you all :)
hi amber! welcome to bubhub!

hi amber and welcome again. congrats on your pregs
Hi and welcome to Bub hub :D!
Hi Amber, Im from Adelaide born and bred but now live in Brissy......(well left Adelaide when I was 8 or so)
Anyway, take your time and explore the site, dont worry about getting confused, as I am quiet often....lol....
There are a great bunch of people on here as you've probably already seen, and some who well :devil6: .......lol.....just kidding...
Hope to see you around.....
What part of Adelaide you from??
Wow thanks guys. I feel heaps welcomed!!
I'm from North east.
WOW due in may, maybe we can track our pregnancies together, when's your scan ?? I have mine on the 15th!!
mine isn't scheduled until 2nd jan so just after new year. i can't wait!! we're hoping to find out bubby's sex. are you going to find out?
sounds like a great idea to track our pregnancies together. :)
Hi Amber  , I'm a newbie too, and living North East of adelaide as well! I'm a sole SAHM with a nearly 4 yo girl.
Gotta say I'm finding this forum a bit more confusing than another one I'm involved with. Just harder to navigate my way around I think.
Hope to enjoy lots of chats with you when you get time.
Hi Amber  Welcome to the Adelaide section, congrats on your pregnancy and hope all goes well with it.
Kaz - I responded to your other thread.....I've been on this forum for a few months and still find it confusing so your not alone :D
Hey Amber - if you go to the General Chat section there are threads in there by a member called cheezlecat with instructions on how to add pics and change things in your signature etc etc!
 Londonmum cheers for that. Finally I've got my new download allowance for the month - my pc was running sooooooooooo slow which made navigating around here even harder!
Getting addicted to forums when I can't sleep seems to sap all my download time...
Heh, yeh I know that feeling, we just upped our download amount cause hubby and I are online every eve when bub asleep (and during day when she is having nap). Role on unlimited downloads at a reasonable price like in the UK, just not enough competitian here for that....yet.
Hey Amber welome!
I am pretty new here too. Joined while I was pregnant, and now i have a 9 week old little guy! I too look forward to getting to know people here. I could definatly use some mum friends!!
Congrats on the newest pregnancy, were considering TTC again soon!
Hi DangerKitty
Welcome to the forums and congrats on joining motherhood, how are you finding it? Coping ok? Getting much sleep?
Have you checked out the general 'Home of the Adelaide mums' ? It's a general chat thread but don't worry about trying to read all the pages first.....we do like to waffle a bit :D
Oh and if you'd like to join the mums meet ups then best person to PM is Charlie, she's our mum co-ordinator....very organised which is a good thing as we'd get nothing done otherwise cause the rest of us are just soooooo disorganised and indicisive
Hi everyone
Welcome to bub hub, hope you are finding your way around alright:thumbsup: I know it can be daunting at first
As Lou said, head over to the general Adelaide thread and say hello. More the merrier
Looking forward to getting to know you all soon
My little boy is also a 23 October baby  on the cusp of Libra and Scorpio.. watch out! haha!
 Hey there!!! Welcome
