Zappy nappies

has anyone used them, liked or disliked them?

i have used them. only for an older baby.
things i like - price, affordable for me, coz they are sold around here by the maker
- pretty, nice fabrics.
things i don't like
- velcro gets bunged up, not generous with the grippy bit and i don't always remember to fold it over for the wash, anyway it loses stick and i have to *clean* the velcro so it will stick again.
- they need a cover, so you cannot see the pretty fabric.
-not that i can compare but being flannalete, i figure that a bamboo/hemp nappy would be way mora absorbant.
-while the design makes it easier to dry, it's a bit fiddly to get a good fit with the moving pad bit.

i actually use all my wonky homemade AIO's that are flannalette/polar fleece, before i use the zappy's i have. but i do use them. my bub also finds them very easy to pull off, so i stick a pair of training pants over the top of them generally.
