squinting eyes

I was just wondering if anyone has any problems with squinting there eyes....

Sometimes in the daylight I find myself squinting my eyes and I have no idea what causes it

My DF does this constantly in the Day light. He is always wearing sunglasses so when he isn't wearing them he finds any sort of glare too much, even if we are inside.

I have the same prob as mum2charlis man.

I wear sunnies constantly when outside, driving etc.

I even have to wear them on a very cloudy overcast rainy day.

I have been wearing them daily since about year 10 (started off as a fashion thing), and now I just cant stand glare.

I dont know why eyes squint though, but if I go outside without them I squint and my eyes water.

yup i always squint outside. someone once told me you are more likely to find light harsher if you have light coloured eyes. i have bluish eyes but that theory could be a load of ........

sounds like ill be permantly wearing sunnies :laughing: glad im not the only one with this problem

I didn't mean just outside, i was talking about being indoors aswell.

oh. i dont know, maybe just a sensitivity to light?
