Pineapple

hi guys

i put pineapple in DS lunch box yesterday and when i picked him up he had developed Eczema . i have noticed the past 2 weeks he has had little bumps/pimples on his cheeks and chin but thought it might have been something to do with heat rash. now my poor bubba has a red dry rash on his chin.

is there foods children with eczema should keep away from??? pineapple must be one. my partner and i have got family members with skin problems (we dont have them thou) and we both have (had) asthma and ds was diagnosed with it last year.

he is 15months btw.

i think its the acidity in some foods. i have excema (sp?). tomatoes, oranges, pineapple shoulnt be eaten much
