I ask this because I just paid $60 for friggen santa photos. Option 1: choose one sheet for $25 (choice of 5 sheets) Option 2: 3 sheets for $60

I paid for one sheet (and was already peeved) but the fact I had all 4 kids nicely dressed, well behaved at the shops at the same time meant I 'had' to get them done...

then they take the photos and the best one only had 3 kids as DD1 was having a tanti... and then in the other two one different child in each pic had a silly look on there face.

Anyway so I paid the $60 and they didnt even come in a folder, just get handed loose photos and the quality is RUBBISH they are all red and just horrible looking

Would you take them back??

I'd be annoyed at the quality of them even if I'd paid $10 but $60 omg!!!

So how much did everyone else pay and what was the quality of the photos.

oh no to mention brilliant customer service

'whos next'
'her with the 4 kids'
'4 kids?'
'yes 4'
'oh thats gonna be great fun isnt it, lets hope this is over with fast'

sorry to hear you got ripped off :(

I got ripped off last year .. this year .. I thought .. STUFF it .. I'm going for the free one at Harvey Norman ..

they take a free shot .. and then AFTER you have seen it .. you can decide to order a package... [I might just add here .. that I got the FREE photo .. and the FIVE DOLLAR package.. which included a stack (6 I think??)of 6x4s and one 5x7 .. I was VERY happy ...]

its not the BEST photo ever (not smiling)- but I'm happy .. and the girls working there were nice ..

note - sorry .. to answer your main question .. if the package I received was different to the other photo I would certainly take them back .. (politely .. but with a scowl)

xx

HI

we had the Santa Photo done yesteday at the Local Westfield, and I paid $14.95 for a pic.

The photo is great, apart from my screaming kid in the pic with a terrified look on his face

If you are not happy with your photos, you should take them back - although if you did get to view the pic before you paid it, they might decline a refund since you had the chance to change or not take it when you got them done.

As for the "customer Service" - I owuld seriously complain about this - something like that is a big :shame:

Hope all works out :fingerscrossed:

I did get to view them on the computer screen but the image on the screen was great but once printed looks like rubbish, like my display pic looks all pink (hot pink curtains makes the bedroom pink)

the santa photos are all red through them! :(

We went to Myer and got the basic (cheapest) package for $24.95 which was for 2 photos in cards. The photo is good quality, the staff were nice and Santa was absolutely lovely...you can tell in the photo that he's smiling...he was very sweet, talking to Jesse whilst I ran around the toy department trying to catch Lukey for the photo!!
The boys were then given lanyards with little teddy bears attached to them from Santa with "I saw Santa at Myer" written on the lanyard - Jesse was stoked "I didn't think I was going to get a present from Santa today!"
I remember you used to get 3 photos for the basic package which was good because 1 for us, and 1 each for the grandparents.

We got ours done at Westfield Garden City and it was $32 and we got one 5 x 7, two 3 x 5 and 4 wallet sized and a chrissie keyring to put a piccie in. The quality is great and we are really happy with them. The santa staff were all great and made DD smile which looks great in the pic. We got to choose between 4 or 5 different pics and see them before we paid.

I would take them back if you are not happy with them. $60 is a bit steep

My local shopping centre Santa was great the other day and the girls were lovely. I took all 4 kids and they kept taking photos until there was a great shot of all of them at the same time. Not too good for the others in the line, but it was really great customer service. It all cost $35!! and we got about 12 photos of different sizes and a free keyring with the photo in it!!!:yelclap:
