I was watching a classic of Love Story (Ryan O'Neal and AliMcGraw)

and boy did I sob and sob and sob....I even download its soundtrack and everthing!

Have you seen any classic or just any movie really lately, since bub's in the "picture"?

I'm tempting to see the new Orlando Bloom's movie... :p

I haven't been to the flicks since i was pregnant. The last movie I saw was Collateral (I think). These days I watch fairly bad movies on cable. There's one station that seems to corner the market in killer animals and insects. So far i've watched movies about killer rabbits, rats, spiders and ants. But to your question, now and again classic movies are shown - the other day i watched Giant for the umpteenth time with Rock Hudson, Liz Taylor and James Dean. What a saga!

I am not sure you'd call it classic but it's a great movie

"Wings of Desire" main actor Bruno Ganz
It's a German movie it's by director Wim Wenders it's a really beautiful enchanting movie. It's about an angel who wanders the streets desperately trying to be noticed by a trapeeze artist a love story!

I almost watched half of Julian Po the other day with Christian Slater. Has anyone seen that?
I could have sworn it was written by Samuel Beckett..but seems not.

I just love the movie with Henry Fonda and Lucille Ball call Yours, Mine and Ours

It's about 2 widows, she has 8 kids, he has 10 and they get together, apparently it was what the recent movie Cheaper By The Dozen was based on (in a roundabout way).

It's very funny, with color coded bedrooms and poor little Phillip always missing out on everything,

Has anybody else seen it, oh and I also love her The long, long trailer

This is one of my favourite classic movies too! As a child I always wanted a large family and I am sure that part of this was based on this movie!

I love the movie GIANT too and anything with Liz Taylor, Vivien Leigh and of course Paul Newman.

My fave movie with Newman is "The long hot summer" the goss on that set was Newman left his first wife for his romantic co-star in the movie, cant remember her name though. But they've been married ever since which I think is romantic :)

Don't know about classics but thinking back to childhood I loved Labrinyth (all I can remember is David Bowie in those tights - didn't leave much to the imagination) and Princess Bride. Oh, and Big Trouble in Little China. Not that I have seen those of late.

I did watch Basic (John Travolta) and Gattaca the other day.

I LOVE that movie!!!!!! it is so lighthearted... yet you get sucked in by the characters!!! (poor phillip!!! )- kids back then in movies were such... well... kids!!!

the best bit is the start... where the two of them are scared to say how many kids they have... cracks me up when they realise!!!!
