Beauty to me is something which appeals to my mind and senses.

I see beauty is natural wonders, in a simple flower, in a baby's foot, to a roaring lion. Hence Photography being a big passion of mine.

Catwalk Models are an exception, there are few who look like that. And they don't even look like they do in the magazines, in real life. I know I am no exception and I have done modelling, and man I looked amazing afterwards!

I think passion is beautiful for example a Father teaches his boy to ride a horse a particular way, his father taught him, and so on, when things that are passionate in family skills are passed on I think that is beautiful.

When people give, when they have so little that's beautiful

Beauty is within the eye of the beholder, isn't that the saying?

what a question! i guess i agree with what's been written before me. beauty is whatever moves you emotionally or spiritually. someone's face, works of art, nature, a baby's smile. it's all very subjective, isn't it. we could all argue til we're blue in the face about who we think is beautiful and none of us would be wrong.

OK, moving on from today's episode..

Ds is sick (very sick, poor possum), and I had to rock him to sleep today. After about an hour of rocking (phew) I looked down at him. He was fast asleep in my arms. He looked so peaceful. I couldn't imagine a sight more beautiful in the world. I'm getting all misty just thinking about it. Isn't it special being a mum.

babies are so beautiful when they are asleep. i think it's the absolute innocence that you can see in their faces. i love watching spencer sleep.

Beauty is hidden from the naked eye. Its deep inside someone and it comes out in different forms and ways. Beauty can be looks, personality, gender, thoughts and actions. To me beauty is something that everyone has and is significant to each person! :D

I believe that beauty is in a form that catches your eye, a laugh that gladdens your heart, a smile that causes your spirit to lift, a look that creates lightness of being, a moment that gives pure unadulterated pleasure, a personality that shines, eyes that twinkle ... essentially something that lifts your spirit and causes you to ponder it with awe!

Sleeping children ... maybe one of the most beautiful sights ever! I treaure when I go in to check on the kids before heading off to bed myself ... I stand and watch them breathe, a totally relaxed and blissful look on thier little faces, my heart swells almost to burting point ... I kiss them and tell them how much I love them and are rewarded by a contented snuffle from Daniel and a beaming smile from Bella.

Beauty is when you describe a friend to someone and when your other friend finally meets them, they take you aside and say "you didn't tell me they were asian/aborigine/in a wheelchair/blind" etc. It is only then, that you realise that these things have no bearing on the beauty of a person!

I believe beauty is something that you see with wide open eyes! No filters, no lenses, nothing clouding your view!
