having trouble conceiving??

I've being looking around the net researching how weight can effect conception, conceiving etc., I found this video from NBC.

DP&I have decided to lose the xtra kilo's before continuing with trying. Having a 3 month break to get into shape...so while looking around I clicked on the vid and we were in shock with what we saw.

You think that weight might factor into the equation a little, take a look for yourself and see how much weight effects falling pregnant, sperm, eggs and then the babies birth weight....

bear in mind, that a woman in my age bracket have about 30-50% chance of conceiving per cycle.....what they quote with weight is astounding

even if your not obese, even if your just overweight it can all effect ability to conceive and your baby's birth weight....

Even though I don't think hubby or I are overweight at the moment it is definatley something that should be taken on board and considered.

It is no longer the health affects to yourself but your baby to be too!!
