hi has any one got a recipe for triffles and cheese balls , and dips please thanks :tree: :xmas: :reindeer: :party:

Cheese and bacon dip

3/4 cup grated cheese
1 small can reduced cream
2 bacon rashers
1 small onion( cut up finely)

Fry bacon and cut up finely. Add grated cheese and onion. Mix together with the cream. Add pepper if required.


Crab dip

6oz tin crab
4oz cream cheese
1 onion( finely chopped)
salt and pepper

Beat cream cheese till smooth, add onion and crab.
Add salt and pepper and leave to combine for a couple of hours in the fridge before serving.


Cheese ball

4 oz cream cheese
8 oz grated cheese
2 small onions, finely chopped
2 gherkins, chopped
1/4 capsicum, chopped
1 tblsp black sauce

Mix everything together and roll into a log or a ball.
Roll into a mixture of 1 tsp curry and 1 tsp paprika.
Refrigerate and serve with biscuits, carrot, celery etc.

Another really easy dip is;

French Onion Dip

Buy a tub of Sour Cream and gradually mix in a pack of French onion soup mix ( the little continental ones).. Add as to taste. :)
