Tongue Help Please!!

Ok this is a really strange and stupid question but has anyone got any advice. Tonight I ate some fresh pineapple and now my tongue is killing me, it feels as if I have burnt it really badly. It must have been caused by too much acid. ANY ADVICE on what will make it feel better??? Please

Milk? That usually helps when something burns my mouth...just sip it slowly so it cools your tongue down...usually works when I burn my tongue, but I hate pineapple so not sure if it will work for you. Hope it does tho :)
