Am I being paranoid

We just had some people come around and look at the puppies and am as soon as I saw them something just didnt sit right with me. They picked the puppies by the neck and was wrough with them while checking them over and the puppies were crying out and then the older lady said that they must be hungry and grabbed the mum Jazmyn and forced her down to feed the puppies, I said please dont that 3 times before they listened:banghead: . They went on to knock the price down $50 and wanted to know weither they could buy Jazmyn and I said No and also weither they could take all the puppies today as they have three other litters at home and were told no again. They said that they would call in about 2 weeks to make payment. After they left we went to the place where we ad up and it was gone. now my dilema is if they call do I answer the phone or just ignore them?

they have 3 other litters at home and want more??? If they are trying to knock the price down i reckon they are re-selling them. I would tell them they have already been sold or that you have decided to keep them, trust your instincts.

Hmm, they sound suss to me too. And they have 3 litters at home already? That makes me wonder what they do with them....:detective: I'd somehow say no you don't want to sell them to them, but i can't suggest how to do it sorry. :o

Oh I would ignore them for sure. Doesn't sound like the kind of people I would want my puppies going to (not that I have any :rolleyes:) And how dare they even touch your dog, that is horrible!

I would be answering the phone, and letting them know that you were not happy with the way that they treated your *****, let alone the puppies and that you will not be selling to them. Huge :hugs: 2 you.

Hi, i wouldnt sell them to them they sound a bit suss to me why on earth would you have 3 litters and WANT more. there is no way i would give them the pups i would jsut say sorry but i dont want to sell them now, or tell them how you felt that they treated them bad and why they would want more? not sure but i know i wouldnt be selling them to them. Hi,
sounds like a puppy farm to me especially consideing they wanted to buy the mum of the puppies, I would not sell my puppies to them they will just sell them off or use them for breeding, I know it is hard but you want them to go to good loving homes not somewhere that they are breed from repeatedly, not vaccinated or wormed and kept in kennels.

You are right to go with your gut instinct! And they are your puppies, you don't have to explain you reasons to them when they ring back.

Go with your instincts and if something wasn't sitting right with the way they handled the pups then I definately wouldn't want them going to them!

You can usually tell someone's real disposition to animals as soon as they handle your pets.

Yep puppy farmers - or off to the pet shops for sure... they make me so mad :mad:

I would ignore them and your pups might get to find loving homes :)

may i ask wat breed mother and pups are

the dog we have now was from a backyard breeder who was trying to create designer dogs
they were even advertised on the net as designer pups but the pic looked so cute i got one anyway

she is 6 months old and she is **** tzu x staffy x ridge back
she is short and long like a ****zy stocky like the staffy and has a ridge on her back the way she looks its obvious she will end up with back problem in the future

If i were you, i would not let them take 1 single pup away from your house.... you need to know your puppy is going to special home where they will be looked after!
