Sorry northside gal here so can't help - good luck with it though, it makes such a difference when you actually have a rapport with your GP. How are you travelling with the preeclamsia?????

Dr Joanne English is pretty good. She is in the Tug Health clinic, not the medical centre. They are in the building across from the hyperdome (myers side) near the college

If you want someone who bulk bills, my pregnant friend sees Dr. Dharmy (female) who is in the Kambah Medical Centre. Ive been to her a few times and shes quite good with pregnancy stuff. Otherwise why not just see the midwives at the hospital? During my pregnancies I just see the midwives at the antenatal clinic from about 14 weeks onwards, they're great

Hey there, no longer a canberra girl, though miss the place terribly!!! I went through my whole preg in canberra i went to a doctor 3 times!!! i thought stuff paying $70 a hit to see a doctor who'll tell me the same stuff the midwives at the hospital can tell me for free!! So from about 16 weeks i went through the midwives at canberra hospital, what hospital u having bub??? Though when bub is born there is a doctor at the curtin medical centre who is absolutely fantastic, and i can't for the life of me remember his name!!! but ne way he bulk bills for under 5 which is soooo handy cos u never know when bub's might get sick and u don't have a spare $60 laying around! Ne who hope i was of some help
good luck with the rest of the pregnancy! talk later
ciao

Try Tuggeranong Medical Centre, they have a heap of Doctors & an on site nurse. Anyone of them are great I went to Dr Cathy Calder she is hard to get into but if you explain your situation any one of the drs will see you. They have both male & female drs so you can have your pic if need be.
