Quick, help! simple party game ideas?

DD has her 2nd birthday party tomorrow and I need some simple party game ideas. Most of the kids will be 2, so nothing to difficult, although there will be a few other kids ranging from 3-6. I have pass the parcel, but I have about an hr that I need to keep them entertained outside before we venture in for pizza and cake and then they can play with the duplo, cars etc.
Please help me! :D

You know, where one kid stands up the front facing away from the others and they have to creep up and if they move they're out.

Or something like that...

What about egg and spoon race but with jelly beans instead. Or three legged race (just pair similar sized kids!!!). I took mine to a party where they had crowns (for the girls) and swords (for the boys) made out of cardboard, and gave the kids glitter glue, stickers etc... The kids sat for ages and decorated them and then played amongst themselves for a while!!!

pass the parcel is always a good one, just little toys or lollies in each layer. of pin the tail on the donkey. oh and musical chairs. what about the one where they have toeat the doughnut off the string hanging off the clothes line without using hands?

this can get rowdy but a great game is called rat's tails. basically you tie balloons onto string and then loosely tie the other end of string around the child's ankles, then they all run around trying to burst each other's balloons without theirs getting popped. you can substitute balloons for anything, coz some kids get frightened. you can use streamers, scarves, old material etc. and the person with the most wins or you can just keep repeating the game.
