Gluten / Dairy Free Bread Recipe

I need a Gluten / Dairy Free bread recipe. My DD2 cannot have Gluten and Dairy for an elimination Diet she is doing for her Intolerances.
I cannot use BASCO Pre Mix as it has Dairy in it, i cannot use the ones woolies sell as it has Dairy in it too. I would like to make it from scratch, either cooking it in Oven OR bread maker.

For a premix, try Orgran, most of their products are gluten/dairy/soy etc free. They taste pretty good too. I have brought the bread mix, but I haven't made it yet. You can get it from coles, or health food stores.

Thanks everyone. I use the Orgran brand, i found it better in the oven than in bread maker.
